flat screen tv friendly staff bus stop
the room included a big flat screen tv and the language was easy to change on the tv functions i found the bed to be very comfy. the staff were very friendly and helpful i felt they wanted to. location was a little way from the town center but the bus stop was close by
the downstairs bar did not open until 10am this meant after breakfast i could not relax there.

adequate stay with minor issues
uphill location inconsistent dinner
the hotel had a useful little fridge in the room, handy for keeping drinks cold.
I was a little disappointed by the location. it's quite a walk uphill from the beach or old town (especially tough in the heat). dinner was also inconsistent. Some nights it was good, but others not so much.

quiet hotel commendable cleanliness convenient location
The room was adequately sized. I found the bathroom included a functional shower. The hotel maintains commendable cleanliness throughout its premises (this is always a priority for me). I also appreciated the proximity to local shops, very convenient for daily needs.
The lift service experienced occasional delays.

afternoon sun comfortable bed daily maintenance
the room included a wrap-around balcony with great afternoon sun. the bed felt very comfortable. the room remained clean, thanks to daily maintenance (i appreciated that).
the pillows were not very comfortable, i think these definitely need improvement.

surprisingly pleasant stay
helpful staff strict policy good shower food variety
the staff were helpful from my arrival. they quickly suggested i enjoy the pool. i returned later to check in. the hotel enforced a strict 'no sun-bed reservation' policy. i appreciate this because i always found a sun-bed. the shower in my room was good. the variety of food available impressed me.
i only had breakfast there. the bacon was very strange with thin strips. it seemed to swim in grease. the scrambled eggs stuck to the pan.

the reception staff offered helpful service. the bar staff served competitively priced drinks, always smiling. the staff always look for ways to. i was charmed by their attention to detail.

the hotel is located a short walk from the city center. there is a quiet spot behind. a short walk takes you to the old town and the beach. access to the tram is also possible.

efficient staff clean hotel pleasant bar helpful staff
The staff worked efficiently and seemed pleasant. The hotel looked clean and well maintained. I found breakfast choices somewhat limited but manageable. The bar area was pleasant, and the bar staff WERE eager to help.
The lift service was slow at times, especially during peak hours.
